If you are passionate about **Industrial Engineering** and driven by innovation, your next step could be with us—we currently have an opening for a **Senior Industrial Engineering Analyst** on our team! **Important:** This opportunity requires 100% on-site work! **\#WeAreNeoSteel** **Key Responsibilities:** Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring new production processes, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance with organizational and customer requirements. Engages in continuous improvement initiatives, participates in technical and project review meetings, conducts failure analysis (FMEA), designs and adapts production layouts, and provides internal support in resolving process-related issues. Also ensures compliance with quality, safety, environmental standards, and internal company procedures. **What We Seek:** Bachelor’s degree in Production, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Postgraduate studies in Engineering preferred. Required knowledge includes resistance welding (spot, projection), GMAW (MIG/MAG), both automatic and manual; AutoCAD; 3D software (Catia / NX); and other engineering-related competencies. **What Would Be a Plus:** Knowledge of polymer blow molding / injection molding processes.
