We are looking for a **Tracking Technical Assistant** who is dynamic, proactive, and enjoys challenges. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform testing and configuration of equipment on proprietary tracking systems, such as Suntech and Teltônica; * Perform tracker recovery (repairs | maintenance | SIM card or battery replacement); * Receive and validate received documents (Checklist and Adhesion Agreement); * Complete installation, physical maintenance, and tracker removal tests; * Conduct bench testing; * Finalize service by attaching installation or maintenance photos, the Adhesion Agreement form, and the Checklist to the SAV platform; * Register in the Getrak platform. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in the field is desirable; * Good computer literacy; * Experience in telephone customer service; * Easy access to the Estoril neighborhood/BH; * Availability to work on Saturdays. **Additional Information** **Contract:** CLT **Location:** Estoril – Near Av.
