Provide technical support to the factory for analyzing operational failures related to tooling/process/machinery and propose solutions to eliminate root causes. Monitor quality indicators (scrap and internal/external rework; customer complaints). Define and manage short-/medium-term improvement actions to achieve established goals (budget and targets). Manage tests and improvements aimed at reducing scrap and rework to meet targets, optimizing processes to reduce costs and increase productivity. Extend the above activities to Finishing and Machining operations, including outsourced activities. **Qualifications** * HPDC casting production process * Knowledge of HPDC casting defects * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * 8D / MASP * Experience in the automotive, casting, and/or metallurgical industry * FMEA 4th ed. \+ AIAG * GD\&T Levels I and II * PPAP / APQP * Interpretation of IATF 16949:2016 * Interpretation of VDA 6\.3
