Active participation in the analytical process and quality control Description: Minimum qualification: Technical Course in Laboratory, Technical Course in Clinical and/or Pathological Analysis, or Biological Material Collection Course. * Provide humanized service to customers; * Perform collection and triage of materials for laboratory tests; * Carry out analytical process steps, internal quality control, inspections, and sample verification; * Centrifuge biological samples and operate laboratory equipment; * Package biological materials for transport; * Enter analysis and test results into the computerized system; * Restock supplies and always keep the collection booth organized; * Register/update customer information in the system; * Request test authorizations according to each health insurance plan; * Serve all internal and external customers with courtesy, respect, and efficiency; * Attend 100% of trainings scheduled by the organization; * Perform other duties relevant to the position; * Ensure confidentiality and security of information, complying with information security and data protection policies and regulations. * Perform registration and customer service 2512250202491095005
