Job Summary:
The professional will support the mapping, updating, and optimization of production processes, production routings, and industrial layouts, as well as collect data and support time and motion studies.
Key Highlights:
1. Support the mapping and updating of production processes and industrial layouts
2. Monitor operational time collection and support time and motion studies
3. Support continuous improvement projects and process standardization
* Support the mapping and updating of production processes and industrial layouts;
* Support the development, maintenance, and updating of production routings and production parameters;
* Monitor and conduct operational time collection on the shop floor according to the methodology defined by Process Engineering;
* Support time and motion studies under technical guidance;
* Update work instructions, operational standards, and other process documentation;
* Collect, organize, and consolidate production data, downtime records, and operational performance indicators;
* Support analysis and actions for critical processes and production bottlenecks;
* Support balancing of production cells and lines;
* Support continuous improvement, standardization, and optimization projects for processes;
* Provide technical support to involved departments and perform other related activities as directed by supervisors.
**Requirements:**
* Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in Engineering, Production, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields;
* Industrial environment experience is desirable;
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel and data organization;
* Availability to work in a manufacturing environment.
