Job Summary:
Professional responsible for conducting safety inspections, developing prevention programs, investigating accidents, and delivering occupational safety training.

#### **Responsibilities**
* Conduct periodic safety inspections in workplaces, identifying hazards and non-conformities with safety regulations.
* Develop and implement accident and occupational disease prevention programs, such as PGR (Risk Management Program) and PCMSO (Occupational Health Surveillance Program).
* Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes and proposing corrective and preventive measures.
* Deliver safety training sessions and lectures on occupational safety, use of PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment), and emergency procedures.
* Monitor and supervise compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other applicable legislation concerning occupational safety and health.
* Issue inspection reports and technical opinions regarding occupational safety and health conditions.
* Manage the distribution, control, and technical specifications of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPEs).
#### **Requirements**
* Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety, recognized by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE).
* Active registration with the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA) or with the MTE, as required by current legislation.
* Solid knowledge of risk analysis methodologies (JSA, HAZOP, FMEA) and accident investigation techniques (causal tree, fishbone diagram).
* Familiarity with occupational safety and health management systems.
* Experience in evaluating and monitoring programs such as PPRA (Environmental Risk Prevention Program), PCMSO (Occupational Health Surveillance Program), LTCAT (Technical Report on Hazardous Activities), and Ergonomic Assessment Reports.
* Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite) for preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
