Collaborating with various departments to align maintenance strategy. #### **About the Role:** The Junior Maintenance Analyst will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure the availability and reliability of CD assets. This role involves developing and analyzing KPIs, providing technical support to the maintenance team, and interfacing with suppliers and service providers, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational performance standards. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Determine appropriate maintenance frequencies based on failure analysis and equipment performance history; * Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor maintenance plan effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities; * Manage and follow up on all operational expenses (Opex), as well as oversee capital expenditures (Capex), ensuring budget planning execution; * Monitor the return of equipment/assets to the CD; * Ensure resolution of breakdown analyses and maintenance tags; * Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive maintenance for machines, equipment, and facilities. * Develop and update inspection plans for electromechanical and automation areas, considering safety, quality, performance, and asset reliability. * List damaged parts, propose repair alternatives, and maintain updated maintenance records. * Collaborate with other company departments—such as production, safety, and quality—to align maintenance plans with organizational operational and strategic needs; * Interpret technical drawings and sketches, sending specifications to service providers such as machining vendors. * Support the technical team with data, manuals, and drawings; receive technical visits. * Prepare reports and presentations featuring maintenance KPIs, department progress, and achieved results. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and food safety standards. * Perform other PCM-related routine tasks as required. * Draft procurement processes and service contracting procedures, including follow-up, receipt, acceptance, and invoice forwarding. * Manage and replenish spare parts, equipment, and tool inventory. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree or currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields; Experience in Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM), with emphasis on preventive maintenance; Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of Quality Tools and 5S methodology; Experience with conveyor systems; Experience in logistics center maintenance. #### **Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):** * Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g., Fracttal, Tractian, Protheus, InfraSpeak, Optimus, SAP PM, etc.); InfraSpeak is a plus; We are Brazil’s largest pet ecosystem, united by one purpose: transforming the world into a place where pets are happier and healthier.
