We work side-by-side with Product, Marketing, Technology, and Data teams, connecting insights, metrics, and design. You’ll find a collaborative, creative, and analytical team that values both research and experimentation to build solutions with real business impact. **About the Role** We are looking for someone passionate about product design, with strategic vision and a desire to create experiences that truly make a difference in people’s financial lives. We want someone who understands the impact of design beyond the screen—someone who can deeply investigate problems, engage with users, prototype ideas, and translate insights into fluid and accessible experiences. You will participate in the full product development process—from research to final delivery. You will design user flows, prototypes, interfaces, and contribute to the evolution of our design system. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate within multidisciplinary squads alongside Product Managers, developers, and other designers. * Participate in the entire product development lifecycle: discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery. * Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interfaces—with emphasis on usability and accessibility. * Conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions. * Ensure visual and functional consistency through the design system. * Present and advocate design solutions grounded in data and best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer for digital products. * Proficiency with tools such as Figma. * Knowledge of human-centered design methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean UX). * Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research. * Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset. **Additional Information** * Experience in the financial sector or fintech companies. * Familiarity with product metrics and user behavior analytics. * Knowledge of motion design or microinteractions.
