Visit www.sabin.com.br or follow our official social media channels: LinkedIn Sabin Medicina Diagnóstica \| Instagram @sabinmedicinadiagnostica \| Facebook Sabin Medicina Diagnóstica **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in registering and updating customer information in the service system; * Provide necessary information regarding exam scheduling, result delivery dates, and other relevant details for each service or as requested by the customer; * Assist in delivering exam results using the official document provided by the customer; * Assist in verifying patient requisition forms, checking signatures, names, physician orders, and system registration; * Assist in requesting authorizations from health insurance providers via the methods established by each provider; * Assist in completing forms, reports, and spreadsheets according to the functional area; * Assist in handling correspondence and documents, including dispatches and receipts; * Assist in recording prescriptions and accounts payable, as required by the department; * Assist in drafting official letters and memoranda; * Assist in updating files and information databases; * Support immediate leadership with practical day-to-day work matters; * Serve all internal and external customers courteously, respectfully, and efficiently; * Attend 100% of trainings scheduled by the organization; * Maintain and safeguard company assets; * Understand the company’s vision and mission; * Comply with company regulations and those applicable to the functional area; * Uphold company ethics and discipline; * Perform other tasks related to the above, at the discretion of the immediate supervisor; * Safeguard confidentiality and security of information, adhering to information security and data protection policies and standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum Education: * Completed High School; Technical Knowledge: * Computer literacy; * Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance A healthcare reference, distinguished in people management and female leadership, committed to sustainable best practices and active in the communities where it operates, Grupo Sabin was founded in the federal capital in 1984 by two entrepreneurs, Janete Vaz and Sandra Soares Costa.
