Our Accounts Payable Analysts are responsible for ensuring that all payments to suppliers, service providers, and other obligations are executed accurately, within established deadlines, and in compliance with the company’s internal policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Entering, verifying, and classifying invoices, bank slips, and expenses in the system; * Monitoring and controlling the payment flow, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon deadlines with suppliers; * Preparing, organizing, and submitting payments via CNAB (bank slips, TED, PIX, transfers, third-party payroll, among others); * Performing accounts payable and bank statement reconciliations, identifying and correcting any discrepancies; * Supporting cash outflow management by forecasting future payments and flagging adjustment needs; * Maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating payment terms when necessary, and clarifying questions regarding paid or outstanding invoices; * Ensuring proper filing and organization of financial documents (invoices, receipts, contracts), following internal standards and tax requirements; * Responding to internal and external audit requests by providing reports and documentation from the department; * Contributing to the continuous improvement of Accounts Payable processes by suggesting automation, standardization, and additional controls; * Supporting the Treasury team in daily routines, as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in Accounts Payable and/or Treasury operations; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel; * Basic knowledge of financial mathematics; * Experience with Protheus system is desirable; * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of urgency; * Analytical ability, strong communication, and interpersonal skills; * Proactive profile, focused on problem-solving and meeting deadlines. **Additional Information** Hybrid work model (3 days onsite and 2 days remote). #### **ABOUT TANIA BULHÕES** With over **30 years in the market**, we are an authentically Brazilian brand specializing in **original products** across tableware, perfumery, and wellness.
