Job Summary: Responsible for controlling and monitoring receivables, performing active collections, negotiating payment terms, and supporting the HR Department. Key Highlights: 1. Control and monitor receivables; * Record receivable payments in the system; * Conduct active collections with customers alongside sales representatives; * Send invoices when necessary; * Negotiate payment terms and settlements with customers and sales representatives; * Update the financial control system; * Support the monthly closing of accounts receivable; * Maintain contact with customers to clarify amounts due, maturity dates, and outstanding items; * Ensure courteous, professional, and solution-oriented service; * Support the HR Department in payroll processing and organizing employee documents. High school diploma (technical or higher education in Administration or related fields preferred); * Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or financial routines; * Proficiency in computer applications and administrative systems; * Ability to interact effectively with customers and conduct negotiations; * Knowledge of HR department routines.
