Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main daily activities:** * Verify the layout of materials, checking consistency between questions/activities and the student textbook answer key as well as teacher’s manual solutions; verify question ordering and repetition. * Compare with the previous version, verifying all observations noted during the first verification; open material PDFs in Word to check for potential errors. * Verify the layout of materials, checking table of contents, pagination, headers, side bars, page numbering, and style application, ensuring visual quality and compliance with company standards. * Verify the layout of materials by comparing them with the original, checking for cut-off, hidden, broken, condensed, or improperly spaced text; standardize styles, ensure compliance with material layout standards, eliminate verbal and nominal errors, and observe textual semantics to guarantee text quality and readability. * Perform critical reading of original texts, correcting spelling and punctuation, and verifying usage of government rules/agreement rules; verify the “Credits” section of all materials accompanying the publication, ensuring the list of contributors is up-to-date, authorship is accurate, cataloging information is correct, and the publication title and volume are properly indicated, guaranteeing inclusion of all contributors involved in the production of that specific publication. * Standardize styles, differentiating topics, subtopics, items, titles, and subtitles; adapt references to ABNT standards and each publication’s specific requirements; check for repeated texts and/or questions throughout the material to ensure more efficient assembly and uniformity across publications. **Work model for this position:** * CLT employment, hybrid (for candidates from BH and surrounding areas), or remote (all other locations). * Workload: 44 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Languages (Letters). * English proficiency required; * Intermediate-level knowledge of Word; * Basic knowledge of Acrobat (Adobe); * Up-to-date knowledge of Portuguese grammar. **Additional Information** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance on the same card Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical offices Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: access to a network of partnerships offering discounts on undergraduate and postgraduate courses, electricity bills, language courses, and much more for you and your family Mothers working under hybrid arrangements are fully remote from the 6th month of pregnancy until the child’s first birthday Fathers working under hybrid arrangements are fully remote from birth until the child’s 6th month Data protection changes everything During the candidate selection process for our job openings, we will use your personal data registered on the Gupy platform.
