Resolution of requests and management of conflict situations Responsibilities and Duties * Ensure customer satisfaction by analyzing facts and proposing immediate optimal solutions from the patient's arrival until discharge from the unit; * Assist customers during *check\-in* visits and daily rounds in inpatient units, attending to patients and companions, directing and resolving requests in accordance with hospitality services to ensure differentiated treatment for patients. * Manage conflict situations by negotiating with unit departments to identify the best solutions for the customer; * Create a positive impression on the customer regarding all unit services; * Monitor service delivery procedures and unit quality standards; * Interact with other unit departments as needed to streamline service flow and minimize waiting time; * Monitor incidents and track issue resolution; * Maintain proper team image standardization in compliance with established standards; Requirements and Qualifications * Completed High School education.
