We currently have an opening for a Sales Representative at a major motorcycle brand retail chain, with one of its stores located in the center of Belo Horizonte. Below are the details about this position: * Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * Working hours: Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday — 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM * Salary: BRL 2,500.00 (guaranteed base salary) + commission * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Health and dental insurance * Partnerships with educational institutions (undergraduate, postgraduate, and language schools) * SESC membership benefits Requirements: Completed high school education Social media proficiency Responsibilities: Attend to customers with friendliness and professionalism, presenting Honda motorcycles and related accessories; Conduct negotiations and close sales, consistently striving to exceed targets; Follow up on proposals and provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty; Prospect new customers and business opportunities; Maintain the showroom organized and visually appealing; Participate in internal training programs and campaigns organized by Honda and the dealership.
