Opportunity for optimization and innovation through digital transformation **Tabocas** is looking for an **Administrative Analyst** to join the **Organizational Process Management** team, contributing to **standardization, continuous improvement, and digital transformation**. Here, we believe well-defined processes make daily operations more efficient, improve delivery quality, and strengthen cross-departmental collaboration. This is an opportunity to directly contribute to the **organization, evolution, and formalization of corporate processes**, working closely with various departments across the company. **Responsibilities** * Support **AS-IS mapping**, **TO-BE redesign**, and **implementation** of administrative processes. * Conduct **review, organization, and management** of the company’s process documentation, ensuring standardization and traceability. * Support **formalization of documentation in Quality** (procedures, workflows, instructions, forms, and records). * Contribute to the **development and monitoring of KPIs**, dashboards, and update routines. * Support **process transformation and improvement projects**, interfacing with internal departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Operations, etc.). * Support initiatives promoting a **digital transformation culture**, driving routine optimization and reducing rework. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree** in **Administration, Engineering, Quality**, or related fields (completed or nearing completion per internal policy). * Strong **organizational skills**, **attention to detail**, and ability to **prioritize tasks**. * **Effective communication** and a collaborative attitude when working across departments. * Proficiency in **reading, interpreting, and writing texts**, with emphasis on clarity and standardization. * A profile oriented toward **optimization**, **innovation**, and continuous improvement. **Preferred Qualifications (Desirable)** * Experience with **process mapping** (BPMN/flowcharts) and document standardization. * Familiarity with **KPIs**, controls, and monitoring routines (Excel/Power BI or similar tools). * Basic knowledge of collaboration and management tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Planner, Power Automate). **Job Information** * **Industry:** Construction * **Employment Type:** Full-time * **Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG * **Work Model:** Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) * **PCD-Exclusive Position** **How to Apply** Interested candidates may send their resume to **rh@tabocas.com.br**, with the subject line: **“Administrative Analyst (PCD) – Organizational Process Management”**.
