Job Summary: Manages and supervises food preparation, the kitchen brigade, and daily work routines, ensuring quality and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and supervise kitchen activities with a focus on à la carte dishes 2. Ensure recipe execution with high quality and sophisticated presentation 3. Guarantee compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (ANVISA) Works directly and indirectly in food preparation. Manages the kitchen brigade and plans daily work routines. Manages inventory and trains new staff to ensure correct work practices. **REQUIREMENTS** * Work and require the kitchen brigade to use PPE mandated by ANVISA; * Administer and organize kitchen divisions as well as staff scheduling; * Verify cleanliness, visual appearance of food items, labeling, and storage; request restocking when necessary; * Maintain zero-waste awareness; * Inspect kitchen cleanliness and organization, as well as brigade uniformity; * Train team members to work according to company requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, organize, and supervise kitchen activities with a focus on à la carte dishes; * Ensure recipe execution with high quality and sophisticated presentation, in accordance with Gourmer Group standards; * Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (ANVISA). **BENEFITS** * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Medical assistance (company covers 50% of monthly premium for employee); * Dental assistance (at no cost to employee); * Partnership agreements with SESC and Estácio University; * Life insurance (at no cost to employee); * On-site meals. **COMPENSATION** * Salary between R$2.909,31 * Commission: average of R$900.00 / MONTH Employment Type: Permanent CLT Payment: starting from R$2.909,31 per month Work Location: On-site
