Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate the Procurement team, promoting technical and behavioral development of employees; * Manage processes with a focus on operational efficiency, standardization, and delivery of results; * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports to support decision-making; * Identify opportunities and lead initiatives for process automation and continuous improvement; * Implement and manage digital procurement platforms, ensuring smooth and controlled acquisition processes; * Ensure procurement and supply operations compliance, aligned with internal policies and governance best practices; * Manage the supply chain, focusing on strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management; * Use the Protheus (TOTVS) system to execute and monitor departmental activities; * Work according to salary expectations compatible with market standards and job complexity. Desirable Requirements: * Prior experience as a Procurement Coordinator or Team Leader; * Knowledge of compliance, governance, and risk management applied to procurement; * Strategic vision and negotiation skills with suppliers and partners; * Experience in implementing or managing digital procurement platforms; * Familiarity with the Protheus (TOTVS) system is desirable. 2511110202181800099
