Assistance in shipping and receiving, including invoices The Belgian multinational **TVH Brasil** has an opening for a **Junior Inventory Planning Assistant**, to work in **VINHEDO/SP** **Responsibilities**: * Pick parts according to sales department orders, verifying product descriptions against their assigned locations, daily. * Store received parts at designated locations as defined by the system layout, after receipt by the receiving department. * Daily verification of goods against invoices, performing 100% inspection of all received items. * Verify and package parts shipped to customers, performing 100% inspection of parts on conveyor belts. * Organize inventory, conducting daily checks of aisles and part locations. * Participate in physical inventory counts according to schedules set by Management and Inventory Coordination. * Conduct rotational part counts by aisle order, when required. * Assist in shipping volumes to carriers. * Identify potential part damage and report to leadership to prevent return procedures that could affect inventory levels. * **(OP.I)** Assist, whenever necessary, in issuing invoices according to order billing. * Monitor and control the flow and execution of orders sent for picking. * Assist in receiving warranties and returns, including verification. **(OP.I)** * **(OP.II)** Enter invoices into the system, adhering to internal procedures to ensure inventory data accurately reflects physical stock, facilitating physical inventory operations. * Track invoices received for warranties and returns. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, using PPE as per internal regulations. **Benefits:** ✅ Meals provided at the company: breakfast and lunch; ✅ Meal allowance; ✅ Birthday gift; ✅ Well-being: Workplace gymnastics; ✅ Internal marketing initiatives; Job type: Apprenticeship Compensation: R$7.37 per hour Scheduled working hours: 30 hours per week Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
