This recognition reflects our commitment to employee well-being and our relentless pursuit of excellence and impact in everything we do. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Procure materials, equipment, and services—from supplier development through to purchase order/contract finalization; * Lead negotiations of low-to-medium complexity; * Develop and analyze quotation matrices to compare prices, delivery timelines, and quality across multiple suppliers; * Monitor supplier performance (KPIs), verifying adherence to deadlines and quality standards; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and risk mitigation within the supplier portfolio; * Draft standard contracts and specific terms to safeguard organizational interests; * Review third-party-proposed clauses, assessing associated risks and compliance with applicable legislation; * Maintain and update contract templates for various service types or partnerships. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Relevant professional experience; * Experience with integrated management systems is desirable. **BENEFITS:** * Amil health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Meal/food allowance * Transportation allowance via Caju card * Gympass membership * Corporate university access * Extended paternity leave, including for adoptive fathers * Emotional wellness program with 40% discount * Human-centered and collaborative culture.
