We are looking for an **Implementation Analyst** to work on-site with our clients, with the following **responsibilities:** * Deploy Mining Control system functionalities directly in the field, supported by technical and product teams; * Conduct hands-on training for client operators and technical teams; * Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data, generating valuable technical reports for the client; * Assist in controlling, maintaining, and updating the operational system database; * Create, implement, and standardize operational processes for system usage; * Support production environment version upgrades; * Serve as on-site Level 1 technical support, promptly resolving client queries and providing agile, autonomous assistance; * Manage local inventory of devices and peripherals (kits, sensors, power supplies); * Address diverse technical requests from clients, focusing on agility and quality. **What we expect from your profile:** * Solid understanding of loading and transportation, drilling, and mine infrastructure operations; * Strong communication and teaching skills (you will train operators and technicians!); * Proficiency in reading operational data and using digital systems; * Autonomy, organization, and accountability for field work; * Availability for travel and working in mining environments. **It would be great if you had:** * Prior field experience (system implementation, maintenance, automation, etc.); * Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and data analysis; * Experience with tablets, embedded devices, and sensors; * Familiarity with dispatch systems, telemetry, or industrial automation. **Who we’re looking for:** * Proactive individuals who solve problems and drive results with energy; * Individuals who listen well, enjoy learning, sharing knowledge, and translating technical concepts into simple terms; * Team players who value ethics and transparency; * People passionate about making a real difference in our clients’ operations!
