Visit our website: https://matrixgo.ai/** * Perform **advanced troubleshooting (N2/N3\)** including log analysis and root cause identification * Develop **scripts and functions (JavaScript)** for support and automation * Validate and analyze **API integrations (REST, JSON, authentication, webhooks)** * Serve as **technical reference** for critical incidents * Support implementation and evolution projects for solutions * Mentor junior professionals and assistants * Contribute to **continuous improvement and standardization of technical processes** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Technology-related fields * Experience with **advanced technical support (N2/N3\)** * Knowledge of **JavaScript** * Experience with **API integrations** * Analytical ability for troubleshooting and log interpretation **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **chatbots, AI, or omnichannel platforms** * Experience in SaaS or telecom companies * Knowledge of SQL * Experience with agile methodologies **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical and investigative mindset * Organized with strong sense of priority * Clear and concise communication Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.966,42 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Remote work * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted undergraduate studies (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
