Job Summary: Fleet Maintenance and Vehicle Preparation Analyst to manage maintenance history, validate budgets, serve customers, and optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze vehicle maintenance history and approve maintenance budgets. 2. Serve customers and develop a network of service providers. 3. Support vehicle preparation and propose process improvements. * Technically analyze maintenance history, return checklists, and fleet damage reports. * Evaluate, validate, and approve maintenance and vehicle preparation budgets, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness. * Serve and monitor the customer portfolio, ensuring comprehensive and effective service. * Identify and develop opportunities to expand and improve the service provider network. * Support the preparation process for decommissioned vehicles according to used-vehicle standards. * Contribute to managing the service provider network by analyzing budgets, identifying deviations, and reporting inconsistencies. * Support training and qualification of new suppliers on systems, portals, and maintenance standards. * Propose improvements and innovations in maintenance and vehicle preparation processes. * Support claims and used-vehicle departments in technical analysis and pricing of maintenance services, including cases exceeding critical market-value percentages, with possible reclassification to claims/total-loss channels. * Benefits: Transportation Allowance (VT) and Meal Voucher (VR): BRL 25.00/day – via Caju card; Unimed Health Plan with co-payment * Education: **Administration, Engineering, or related fields** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: BRL 4,000.00/month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
