We thrive on challenges and seek people who want to build careers and achieve results with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Execute bank payments and monitor bank transactions for smaller companies, generating detailed reports on inter-account cash flow and respective balances; Maintain contact with suppliers and banks, as required by the department, to ensure continuity of financial operations; Review and control accounts payable and receivable reports, ensuring all payments are made within established deadlines and initiating collection of overdue amounts when necessary; Validate executed payments, ensuring correct reconciliation of paid invoices with system records based on bank statements, and reporting any discrepancies. Contact customers to confirm receipt of invoices and collect outstanding amounts according to stipulated deadlines; Manage petty cash flow, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and availability of resources for the finance department; Prepare and submit periodic reports on accounts payable/receivable and financial transactions to the accounting department, ensuring proper financial statement closing and compliance with legal requirements. Verify and ensure correct completion of bank registrations and other financial registrations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations; Perform foreign exchange closings and support financial decision-making; Guide the financial assistant and assist in executing financial tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations; **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical and behavioral competencies the candidate must possess: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields; Minimum 5 years of experience in the role; Knowledge of bank reconciliation, financial systems, and accounting reports; Strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines and collections; Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced) and other financial applications; Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SENIOR system and background in the textile industry. **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, pharmacy partnership, meal allowance, health insurance, life insurance, and childcare assistance.
