




Job Summary: Responsible for greeting customers, supporting budgeting staff, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and managing the clinic's cash flow. Responsibility for clinic communication and organization Greet, approach, and provide support services to customers and the Budgeting Specialist. Handle phone inquiries and provide information about the clinic, contracts, and service provisions. Schedule budget consultations or appointments. Assess customers' needs and direct them to the appropriate location or person. Organize information and plan daily tasks. Collect overdue payments. Schedule patient follow-up visits one week later or as directed by the specialist; if no slots are available, coordinate with the Budgeting Dentist for an alternative appointment. Receive payments for all contracts and private procedures, immediately record them in the system, and issue payment receipts to patients, ensuring successful completion of the process. Confirm the next day’s schedule daily, one day in advance of each scheduled date and time. Perform daily cash reconciliation, verifying all system entries and payment methods, and ensure all receipts and cash are accounted for.
