Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for telephone and in-person customer service, enrollment management, contract handling, and various administrative controls for the gym. Key Highlights: 1. Multifaceted customer service (telephone, in-person, WhatsApp) 2. Full management of enrollments, contracts, and payments 3. Administrative organization and control of documents and schedules RECEPTIONIST RESPONSIBILITIES Customer service \- telephone/in-person/WhatsApp/maintenance/gym presentation Personal trainers \- contracts and payments Enrollments \- registrations/sales/invoices/cashier/archiving/facial recognition Contracts \- packages/suspensions/vacations/cancellations/discounts/scholarships Others \- inactive files/schedule control/stock control/registration forms/anamnesis/nutritionist and physiotherapy schedules/locker keys/access gate release/sector organization/reports, among others.
