Only education transforms! **As an Educational Pedagogical Advisor, your challenges will include:** * Organizing and monitoring the teaching and learning process within your assigned segment, ensuring reflection, engagement, and achievement of pedagogical and educational goals; * Weekly monitoring of collective planning for teacher training, analysis, and development; * Supporting teacher training to improve teaching quality and enhance pedagogical activities; * Conducting individual meetings and providing feedback to teachers; * Providing pedagogical and educational guidance to students within your assigned segment; * Analyzing academic performance and implementing appropriate interventions involving students, teachers, and families; * Supporting students by mediating conflict situations and addressing learning difficulties to improve their development and performance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:15 AM to 5:15 PM, with a 2-hour break; once per week, you will conduct a pedagogical meeting during evening hours. **Essential Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy or other teaching licensure programs, with specialization in Education-related fields; Knowledge of cognitive, psychological, and social development stages; Experience in teaching and learning processes, classroom management, and conflict mediation; Practical experience in analyzing results and developing action plans for improvement. **And here’s what we offer—great benefits:** *(Benefits may vary depending on region and work schedule)* All stages of the selection process take place on our platform.
