Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to serve as the technical reference for BI, structuring data pipelines, analytical modeling, and visualization solutions to support strategic decision-making. Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines with Airflow We are looking for a **Senior Data Analyst** to serve as the technical reference for BI, structuring data pipelines, analytical modeling, and visualization solutions that support strategic decision-making. **What will be your mission on the Data team?** * Develop and enhance strategic dashboards in Power BI and Metabase; * Create and maintain analytical models using DAX and semantic layers; * Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines with Airflow; * Write and optimize SQL queries in PostgreSQL and SQL Server, and manipulate data in MongoDB; * Define standards for data modeling, metrics, and data governance; * Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability; * Translate business requirements into technical solutions; * Mentor junior analysts. **Basic Requirements:** * Degree in IT, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields; * Solid experience in BI and data analysis; * Advanced proficiency in Power BI (modeling and DAX); * Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling; * Experience with Airflow or other orchestration tools; * Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB databases. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Python for data; * Experience with data governance and data quality; * Certifications in Power BI or data-related fields. **Additional Information:** * Fully on-site position — Fortaleza (Downtown); * Contract type: PJ; * Health insurance plan; * Exclusive partnerships and discounts (language schools, car rental services, restaurants, etc.).
