Optimization of organizational processes **Mission:** Contribute to resolving accounting-related requests by providing technical support to the team and clients, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of records, regulations, and accounting routines in order to optimize organizational processes. Requirements * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences. Additional Knowledge * Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes; * Familiarity with Brazilian accounting standards (CPC); Main Responsibilities * Communicate with clients, assisting and guiding them on inquiries; * Perform receivables collections; * Process documentation; * Enter information and transactions into G\-Click; * Import spreadsheets into the system; * Configure payroll and tax modules; * Calculate depreciation; * Analyze and import monthly and quarterly taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IR, and CSLL); * Import invoices (purchases, sales, and services); * Import payroll data and accruals (13th salary and vacation pay); * Generate accounting reports; * Organize documentation in Google Drive; * Update Monday.com; * Respond to IBGE surveys.
