In this role, you will visit micro and small enterprises in Irecê, assess each business’s current situation, and advise entrepreneurs based on diagnosis, active listening, and management tools. This position is ideal for those who enjoy being outdoors, engaging directly with people, and maintaining a dynamic routine. We are not looking for someone to sit behind a desk—we seek someone who works in the field, demonstrating professionalism, clarity, and commitment to service quality. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** Plan your daily schedule of visits to businesses in the city. Approach micro and small entrepreneurs in streets and commercial centers, introducing the business guidance program. Conduct interviews and diagnostics to understand how each business operates and identify areas for improvement. Accurately record information in a dedicated application, with clarity, organization, and discipline. Provide practical guidance and management tools tailored to the needs identified during each consultation. Participate in training and capacity-building sessions offered throughout the project. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** Field Profile: Individuals who enjoy external routines, direct public interaction, and autonomous work.
