Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties
* Lead and monitor real estate development legalization processes, from land acquisition through incorporation registration;
* Prepare, organize, and control documentation required for incorporation registration at the competent notary office;
* Liaise with notary offices, municipal governments, and public agencies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines;
* Support structuring and contracting of real estate financing (production and/or support for associative credit);
* Manage and monitor obtaining technical feasibility approvals from utility providers (water, sewage, electricity, gas, etc.);
* Coordinate and submit project approval processes to utility providers, ensuring technical alignment and compliance with regulations;
* Monitor environmental licensing procedures at municipal, state, and federal levels;
* Interface with internal teams (projects, legal, engineering, and new business) to ensure compatibility and progress of projects;
* Control approval and licensing schedules, identifying risks and proposing action plans;
* Support technical analysis of land parcels (due diligence), focusing on legal, environmental, and infrastructure restrictions;
* Prepare progress reports and status updates on ongoing processes and developments.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning;
* Prior experience in real estate development, specifically in legalization and approval processes;
* Practical knowledge of real estate incorporation registration;
* Experience handling feasibility and approval processes with utility providers;
* Familiarity with urban and environmental legislation;
* Strong organizational skills, deadline management, and ability to handle multiple concurrent processes;
* Proactive profile with effective communication skills;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and AutoCAD;
