Job Summary: The Collections Assistant will contact clients to resolve financial outstanding issues, manage contracts, and update registrations, following the company's standard procedures. Company with over 20 years of operation and 8 million customers The Collections Assistant will establish contact with clients to resolve financial outstanding issues, manage contract records, and update client registrations, following work instructions specified in the company's Standard Operating Procedures manual. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain equipment and workplace organized, ensuring their proper upkeep; * Contact delinquent clients to schedule meetings for renegotiating existing debts, per internal company policies; * Identify delinquent clients based on data available in the information system; * Send correspondence inviting clients who discontinued treatment to return; * Send collection letters to delinquent clients; * Participate in technical and/or behavioral training sessions provided by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum education: completed high school; * Intermediate computer skills; * Basic mathematical calculation knowledge.
