Act as the overall Maintenance Lead for operational units, ensuring equipment and facilities remain in optimal operating condition, maximizing operational availability and asset reliability at minimal cost, higher quality, and full compliance with safety and environmental standards; * Ensure achievement of departmental targets by developing and implementing equipment and facility conservation and maintenance plans, enabling production lines to meet forecasted output levels within established material utilization limits while maintaining appropriate usage and conservation conditions across all areas; collaborate with Production, Safety, Environment, Laboratory, and Quality Control departments to develop maintenance plans; * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all equipment and facilities, including defining teams and work shifts, implementing necessary production process interruptions, establishing work plans, guiding field teams, and providing full support to complete repairs in the shortest possible time—thus minimizing production losses due to process interruptions; * Demonstrate ownership of operational areas and ensure oversight and execution of maintenance across all disciplines (civil, mechanical, boiler-making, rolling, coating, etc); * Conduct studies to optimize maintenance costs and improve equipment availability, contributing to reduced production costs and enhanced operational efficiency; * Ensure effectiveness of the preventive maintenance plan by evaluating machine and equipment repair needs based on wear patterns, adherence to manufacturers’ technical standards, and practical considerations regarding production process shutdowns—thereby enabling optimal equipment utilization and preventing production interruptions and output impacts; * Lead all phases of maintenance shutdowns, ensuring timely completion, safety compliance, and zero rework; * Maximize utilization of available human resources to reduce maintenance time and cost while ensuring service quality; * Facilitate continuous improvement of human resources by organizing training programs to enhance technicians’ specific technical knowledge; * Conduct periodic critical analysis of maintenance outcomes and implement necessary corrective actions; * Raise awareness among subordinates regarding proper use of PPE, appropriate risk assessment, and proactive safety tools (Look\&Act, Behavioral Dialogue); execute activities described in applicable Procedures and Work Instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; Mechanical Engineering preferred; * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Maintenance Management preferred; * Extensive industrial maintenance experience in leadership roles; * Experience in fertilizer production plants (granulation, acidulation, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, energy cogeneration, utilities); * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and SAP\-PM software; * Knowledge of ISO\-9000, NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-18, NR\-33, and NR\-35 regulations; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills; **Additional Information** **WE HAVE MANY BENEFITS WAITING FOR YOU HERE** **Health insurance for employee and dependents** **Dental insurance for employee and dependents** **Life insurance** **Private pension program** **Profit-sharing bonus linked to performance goals** **Meal allowance or food voucher for daily use** **On-site cafeteria (subject to location)** ** 6-month maternity leave (Citizen Company Program)** **20-day paternity leave (Citizen Company Program)** **Special Support and Care Program for employees and their families** **Access to a physical activity platform: Wellhub** **Education and language program (per company policy)** We are a young and ambitious company, built by people sharing the same vibrant energy and alignment with our growth-oriented DNA.
