Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing and delivering workshops and theoretical as well as reflective-experiential activities, accompanying users of social programs. Key Highlights: 1. Conducts workshops and theoretical as well as reflective-experiential activities 2. Responsible for the human and professional development of users 3. Accompanies users and maintains relationships with partner institutions **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prepares and delivers workshops and theoretical as well as reflective-experiential activities both remotely and in person; this professional is responsible for implementing activities that foster human and professional development for users of the Organization's social programs and projects. Also conducts user follow-up and maintains relationships with partner institutions (public and private). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Social Sciences, History, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Experience working with vulnerable groups is desirable. * Experience in youth and adult education. * Must reside in Sete Lagoas\-MG. * Workload: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM).
