




Job Summary: A professional responsible for configuring, activating, and providing technical support for data and voice services, working directly with customers and partners to ensure successful delivery. Strong expertise in networking, routing protocols, and Cisco ### **Responsibilities** * Configure, activate, and test Algar Telecom's data and voice services, ensuring compliance with technical standards and delivery quality. * Engage directly with customers and partners during activations, clarifying technical questions, aligning expectations, and ensuring an optimal experience throughout the implementation process. * Configure and provide internal team support for infrastructure-related requests, including networking, routing, security, and connectivity. * Perform connectivity tests, including RFC, upload/download measurements, performance validations, and link integrity checks. * Configure and validate routing protocols such as RIP, BGP, and other protocols used in telecommunications environments. * Support the operations team in resolving incidents and issues by providing technical diagnostics for network problems. * Develop and maintain technical documentation related to activations, configurations, and operational procedures. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure efficient delivery and minimize rework. ### **Behavioral Competencies** Strong communication skills and a consultative approach with customers. Solid knowledge of: Routing protocols (RIP, BGP, among others); Equipment configuration; Telecommunications environments, IP networks, and connectivity; Traffic testing and validation (RFC, throughput, network integrity).
