Contribution to product profitability ### **Responsibilities** Ensure efficient and strategic management of partners in the product ecosystem, covering the entire scope from contractual formalization to operational and financial governance, thereby guaranteeing compliance, performance, cost efficiency, and contribution to product profitability. Governance and lifecycle management of partners: Manage the full partnership lifecycle—from contractual formalization through measurement, billing, and renegotiation. Register, organize, and maintain partner contracts for continuous tracking. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, fostering ongoing alignment and resolving operational or contractual conflicts. Ensure compliance with contractual clauses, internal policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. Monitor partner performance using key indicators (KPIs, SLAs, and financial metrics). Collaborate closely with Product teams to support make-or-buy decisions, partner selection, and portfolio sustainability. Support profitability analyses, financial impact assessments, and feasibility evaluations for products dependent on partners. Contribute to the evolution of partnership models, pursuing operational efficiency and sustainable growth. ### **Technical Competencies** Experience managing partners, contracts, or suppliers—preferably in product, technology, or service environments. Experience with contract management, measurement, billing, or financial control. Analytical capability to interpret performance indicators, conduct financial analysis, and identify optimization opportunities. Ability to work cross-functionally and negotiate with multiple departments.
