




Job Summary: Responsible for installing and maintaining optical broadband, XDSL, and STFC products, serving corporate customers, micro and small enterprises (MEIs), and individual customers, with emphasis on product migration or upgrades. Professional development within a recognized company RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF OPTICAL BROADBAND, XDSL, AND STFC PRODUCTS. SERVING CORPORATE CUSTOMERS, MICRO AND SMALL ENTERPRISES (MEIs), AND INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS. THIS ROLE ALSO REQUIRES KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS OFFERED BY ALGAR COMPANY, AS THE INCUMBENT IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR RECOMMENDING MIGRATION OR UPGRADE OF GPON OR STFC BROADBAND PRODUCTS. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform preventive and corrective installation and maintenance on customer circuits (Fiber Optic/Metallic), * Handle and interact with the work order dispatch system (TOA/SOM), * Record and control materials used at customer sites, * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of sites, * Install and remove optical, metallic, and coaxial cables; * Operate company vehicles in compliance with internal safety regulations, * Use test instruments (e.g., Power Meter), * Implement workplace signage using collective protective equipment (CPE) and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by the company’s occupational safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Valid Brazilian driver’s license category B. * Intermediate knowledge of basic computer tools, Windows environment, and Microsoft Office suite. ### **Being Always Together is What Drives Us!!!** We are Algar, a people-first company serving people, part of Grupo Algar, committed to best ESG practices.
