




Job Summary: Responsible for installing and maintaining optical broadband, XDSL, and STFC products, serving corporate clients, micro and small enterprises (MSEs), and individual customers, with a focus on product migration and upgrades. SERVING CORPORATE CLIENTS, MSEs, AND INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS. THE ROLE ALSO REQUIRES KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS OFFERED BY ALGAR COMPANY, AS THE TECHNICIAN IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR RECOMMENDING MIGRATION OR UPGRADE TO GPON OR STFC BROADBAND PRODUCTS. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform preventive and corrective installation and maintenance on customer circuits (Optical Fiber/Metallic), * Handle and interact with the service order dispatch system (TOA/SOM), * Record and manage materials used at customer sites, * Ensure cleanliness and preservation of sites, * Install and remove optical, metallic, and coaxial cables; * Drive company vehicles in accordance with internal safety regulations, * Operate test instruments (Power Meter), * Implement workplace signage using PPE and wear appropriate EPI as per the company’s occupational safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Valid Brazilian Driver’s License (Category B). * Intermediate knowledge of basic computer tools, Windows environment, and Office suite. ### **Being Always Together is What Drives Us!!!** We are Algar, a People-serving-People company part of the Algar Group, committed to best ESG practices.
