Preparing technical reports on failures and maintenance. * On-site technical support * Must have a car. * Valid driver's license (Category B) **Responsibilities:** Responsible for performing installations, preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications systems, ensuring full functionality of services provided to customers; Installing internet connections via cable, fiber optic, and radio; testing infrastructure equipment; and addressing internal and external technical requests; adhering to the company's quality standards, ensuring proper use of tools, PPEs, and other resources; maintaining workplace organization, information confidentiality, and compliance with established norms, procedures, and guidelines; End-User Training: Conducting training to ensure correct usage and optimal utilization of deployed solutions.
