




Job Summary: This professional will assist with various activities in the butcher department, including organization, restocking, cleaning, and customer service, ensuring product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Product handling and organization in the butcher department 2. Assisting with meat cutting and customer service 3. Responsibility for hygiene and inventory management of the department Check price change notices and replace labels on butcher department products; package, weigh, label, and restock products on display shelves; inspect products for appearance and expiration dates, and adjust their placement on display shelves; collect and separate products unfit for consumption and report to supervisors; assist the butcher in meat cutting and handling, operating the meat grinder when necessary; remove, store, and organize products in refrigerated and frozen chambers; clean and sanitize the workplace, tools, and equipment; assist with inventory counting in the butcher department; at closing time, remove all chilled products from the butcher department display shelves and store them in the chilled chamber; support the butcher in responding to customer requests; complete departmental forms and documents; comply with company internal regulations; properly use personal protective equipment (PPE); among others.
