Our mission is to combine design and functionality with electronics, smartphones, gadgets, and accessories—bringing innovation and technology into people’s daily lives. **Responsibilities** * In-person and digital customer service, adhering to brand standards; * Conducting sales and achieving targets; * Organizing and maintaining store visual presentation; * Identifying sales opportunities; * Monitoring performance indicators; * Participating in training sessions and updates. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Retail sales experience; * Knowledge of sales techniques; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Goal- and results-oriented mindset; * Familiarity with technology is a plus. **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: BRL 1\.758,00 or 4% commission on sales (whichever is higher); * Monthly bonus of up to BRL 1\.000,00; * Store PA recognition bonus: BRL 700,00; * Bonus for exceeding targets (no earnings cap); * Meal allowance: BRL 16,50 per day; * Transportation allowance; * Uniloft training platform; * Brand product discounts; * Potential monthly earnings exceeding BRL 3\.000,00. **Position Details** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Weekly working hours: 44 * Shift schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM * Full-time position Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
