Job Summary: Responsible for quotation, negotiation, supplier qualification, procurement management, and technical support for equipment acquisition. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and negotiate technical and commercial terms 2. Develop and qualify new suppliers 3. Manage procurement and monitor delivery flow * **Quotation and Negotiation:** Analyze requests, obtain quotations, and negotiate technical and commercial terms. * **Supplier Qualification:** Develop new suppliers, conduct technical visits, and ensure quality standards. * **Procurement Management:** Issue purchase orders, monitor delivery flow, and manage inventory levels (warehouse). * **Technical Support:** Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production departments to ensure correct equipment procurement.
