Seek solutions focused on people and process management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Coordinate surveying, aerial surveying, terrestrial laser scanning, LiDAR, and hydrographic survey contracts and projects; \- Monitor tasks for the Technical Section team, establish deadlines, and track service completion; \- Monitor and provide technical support to field and office teams regarding data receipt, processing, and delivery of client deliverables; \- Participate in technical meetings; \- Seek solutions focused on people and process management to achieve established goals and ensure continuous improvement. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields; \- Solid, proven experience in processing surveying data using specialized software (e.g., AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Topograph, TopconTools, RiSCAN, Pix4D, and others); \- Experience in project and people management; \- Driver's license category B.
