Job Summary: Support production processes, ensuring good manufacturing practices, food safety, and hygiene, with a focus on operations and continuous learning. Key Highlights: 1. Field and control room support for the production process. 2. Operating packaging lines and performing product identification. 3. Continuous development and learning from experienced operators. **Purpose and Impact of the Role** ---------------------------------- Will support the production process in assigned areas, ensuring good manufacturing practices, food safety requirements, and safety. Perform cleaning and organization of work areas; receive training on the production process to safely start up and shut down equipment. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Monitor and support production process stages both in the field and in the control room; * Operate packaging lines, performing proper identification of finished products and rework; * Conduct product sampling during packaging, ensuring sampling frequency complies with procedures; * Pursue development across the entire production process with support from experienced operators to foster learning; * Ensure adherence to pre\-established methods and standards of the area; * Record shift results and incidents in the daily production report and process control worksheets (physical and system); * Perform cleaning and organization of the work area; * And other related duties. **Minimum Requirements** ---------------------- * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and e\-mail. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
