Assist in one or more processes. Work in alignment with BRF’s Commitments to Quality, Integrity, and Safety. Comply with the guidelines established in BRF’s Sustainability Policy and ensure adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through daily activities that promote management, fulfillment of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) indicators and global commitments of the Company, ensuring alignment between individual actions and sustainable development across BRF’s value chain. Operate equipment on the pelleting and grinding line according to the production plan. Operate truck dumpers, dryers, and pre-cleaning machines. Assist in cleaning and organizing the factory in receiving, storage, silo loading, production (floors, walls, hoppers, sieves, hoses, shovels, spatulas, cups, brooms, ingredient transport carts, external and internal equipment parts, and pallet jacks), and feed dispatch areas. Perform inventory counts and actively participate in managing packaging, raw material, and finished goods inventories, supporting leadership with physical inventory information at the unit. Assist in cleaning and organizing the factory in receiving, storage, silo loading, production (floors, walls, hoppers, sieves, hoses, shovels, spatulas, cups, brooms, ingredient transport carts, external and internal equipment parts, and pallet jacks), and feed dispatch areas. Assist in inventory counts and management of packaging, raw material, and finished goods inventories, supporting leadership with physical inventory information at the unit. Apply inspection checklists for machinery and equipment (e.g., electric pallet jacks, cargo lifts, scale verification, autonomous maintenance, etc.) and for monitoring the production process and environment. Perform material sorting and handling to organize inventory and/or meet production demand (including use of electric pallet jacks and cargo lift operation). Perform manual sorting, handling, weighing (whole and fractional units), and manual addition of ingredients per the production plan and available formulations (including use of electric pallet jacks and cargo lift operation). Load dosing silos as required by production demand (including use of electric pallet jacks, cargo lifts, hoists, and/or overhead cranes). Bag and label finished products and make them available for the storage area (considering stretch wrapping where applicable). Accurately record tasks per required frequency and standardized forms in the department. Report and address anomalies within assigned responsibilities. Assist in investigations and participate in developing action plans to resolve anomalies. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- Completed elementary education NR12 certification Apply now and join BRF!
