The candidate will be responsible for monitoring live footage in real time, identifying risk situations, and supporting the preservation of company assets. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor CCTV cameras in real time. * Identify and record incidents, deviations, and suspicious situations. * Support loss prevention and asset security initiatives. * Prepare simple incident reports when required. * Follow internal policies, procedures, and departmental guidelines. * Handle monitored information ethically and confidentially. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Availability for on-site work. * Sustained attention and strong sense of responsibility. * Ethical conduct and discretion. **Preferred Requirements** * Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or loss prevention. * Experience in retail, supermarkets, or operational areas. * Basic computer skills. **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Discipline and organization. * Observational and analytical ability. * Good communication and teamwork skills.
