With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation industry and today have expanded our operations across Brazil, offering diverse logistics solutions through our six group companies — positioning us as one of the best and largest logistics groups in the country and a sector benchmark. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform loading/unloading, packaging, and storage of cargo strictly according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), respecting cargo symbols, quantity, volume, weight, and type — whether in trucks, on platforms, on pallets, in cages, or loose. * Ensure proper arrangement of cargo inside vehicles, securing it safely and efficiently while complying with Weight and Dimension Legislation. * Prioritize goods requiring movement during loading. * Scan goods using barcode scanners during loading and unloading. * Inspect cargo for damage during vehicle loading. * Inspect cargo for damage or improper packaging upon truck arrival. * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum of 4 months with the company and 4 months in the most recent position. * Completed elementary education. * Completed high school education (preferred). * Experience in truck loading and unloading. * Availability to work afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday (Mon: 6:00 PM–11:06 PM; Tue–Fri: 1:00 PM–10:42 PM; Sat: 12:30 PM–5:21 PM). **Additional Information** * Productivity bonus (monthly) * Afternoon shift premium * Paid overtime * Meal allowance * Gympass * Health insurance (after probation period) * Dental insurance (after probation period) * Pharmaceutical benefits (after probation period) * Performance-based reward program (annual bonus) Here, we create paths to reach our dreams.
