Recording of service interactions and routing of requests Job Description We are seeking professionals to work as Customer Relationship Representatives at CEMIG, delivering direct support to the company’s customers. The role involves inbound and/or in-person service, emphasizing excellence, courtesy, and promptness in resolving inquiries, recording requests, conducting negotiations, and providing guidance on electricity services. Responsibilities Provide customer service via telephone, in person, or through digital channels; Clarify questions regarding bills, consumption, power disconnections and reconnections, duplicate bill issuance, and other services offered by CEMIG; Record service interactions in internal systems; Route requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction goals. Requirements Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer knowledge; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
