Then, \#JoinSenacMinas too! **Important Note** For information about Senac in Minas’ selection processes, please visit our careers page: https://trabalheconoscosenacmg.gupy.io/ *This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities (PwD) and individuals rehabilitated by the INSS, in alignment with our values of inclusion and diversity.* **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Pedagogical Assistant I, your main challenges will include:** * Providing support to students and faculty; * Developing academic calendars and supporting the student retention management program; * Monitoring pedagogical department performance indicators; * Tracking attendance and managing dropout rates; * Supporting leadership on matters related to pedagogical supervision, identifying and discussing issues and irregularities to inform decision-making; * Assisting in pedagogical areas, especially in practical learning environments such as aesthetics, nursing, computer science, and other laboratories; * Supervising and monitoring supervised internships; * Managing and maintaining consumable materials used in courses; * Registering complementary activities undertaken by instructors and mentors; * Monitoring infrastructure and resources at the unit; * Providing guidance regarding the official logbook and learning journal for commercial apprenticeships; * And other duties related to the pedagogical area. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone who has:** * Completed high school; * Experience in administrative or related environments; * Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category B — mandatory; **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Currently pursuing a degree in Pedagogy; * Experience in school environments; * Willingness to share knowledge. **Work Location and Schedule:** * Senac Alfenas/MG (in-person work); * Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * CLT employment contract; * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Snack allowance; * Birthday day off; * Health and dental plans; * SESC membership; * Childcare allowance — subject to internal benefits policy rules; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Performance bonus (after 6 months of employment). * Fee exemption for Senac courses (after 3 months of employment). **Additionally, we offer some unique benefits:** * Daily collaboration and knowledge exchange with industry-leading professionals; * A friendly and collaborative work environment. **Have you ever imagined transforming thousands of lives through your work?** That’s how it is at Senac in Minas!
