Student support and guidance to prevent dropout Responsibilities: Conduct sales of undergraduate, graduate, professional, and technical courses; Engage in new student recruitment via phone calls, database management, candidate support, and administration of entrance exams; Develop external prospecting and recruitment initiatives; Provide student support throughout the entire academic journey, including guidance and training on the learning platform, contributing to dropout prevention. Working Hours Employment Type: CLT – Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (44 hours per week).
