About the Role On a daily basis, you will speak with individuals interested in learning English, understand their needs, present our solutions, and follow up on each opportunity until enrollment. Your routine includes in-person and WhatsApp-based customer service, contacting new prospects, follow-up activities, prospecting, and working toward commercial targets. We are looking for someone with: * Strong communication skills; * Initiative and organization; * Ability to converse effectively and build relationships; * Familiarity with WhatsApp and customer service; * Willingness to prospect new customers; * Goal- and results-oriented mindset; * Desire to learn and grow professionally.
