Assist members in selecting products and services. Contact members for reactivation, replacement, and change of membership ownership. Present the company's service offerings according to established standards. Promote additional benefits to enhance sales value. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service delivery specifics with customers. Close sales in accordance with established standards. Carry out relationship-building practices as defined in company policies. Assist in registering and/or updating customer information in the SGA sales system. Receive and record member complaints. Achieve the company's commercial targets. Conduct external prospecting of members. Actively participate in daily routine meetings. Perform post-sales processes when necessary.
